Service Description
This workshop is designed for both seasoned nature lovers and those who long to deepen their connection with the Earth. Through a combination of guided forest therapy walks, sensory awareness exercises, and teachings on the core principles of Forest Bathing, participants will learn how to cultivate presence in nature, engage in mindful walking, and build a more intimate and reciprocal relationship with the land. Drawing inspiration from Amos Clifford’s Your Guide to Forest Bathing, we will explore key concepts such as befriending nature, re-wilding the self, and deepening our connection to the More-Than-Human World. You will leave with practical tools to guide yourself in Forest Bathing and integrate this healing practice into your daily life—whether in a forest, a park, or your own backyard. Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may arise that require cancellation of your forest bathing experience. Below is our cancellation and refund policy to ensure a fair and transparent process for all participants: Cancellation by ORGANIZER: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the forest bathing experience due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond our control, you will receive a full refund of the ticket price without any deduction. Cancellation by PARTICIPANT: If you need to cancel your reservation, you must do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled event to be eligible for a refund. A processing fee will be deducted from your refund amount. *Last-Minute Cancellation* (Within 48 Hours of the Event): If you cancel your reservation within 48 hours of the scheduled event, unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund. However, you have the option to transfer your ticket to another available date or transfer it to another person for the initial event date. *Refund Processing*: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the cancellation request is approved. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the reservation. *Exceptions*: We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy in exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances. Please contact us directly to discuss any such situations. By participating in our forest bathing experiences, you agree to adhere to the terms outlined in this cancellation and refund policy.
