Pacific Pine Wellness understands that circumstances may arise that require cancellation of your forest bathing experience. Below is our cancellation and refund policy to ensure a fair and transparent process for all participants:
Cancellation by ORGANIZER
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the forest bathing experience due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond our control, you will receive a full refund of the ticket price without any deduction.
Cancellation by PARTICIPANT
- Reservations are NOT refundable but you can transfer your ticket or reschedule your reservation (ONCE only). Due to the nature of these events and the logistics required, we ask that you provide a 48-hour notice to be eligible.
- Exceptions: We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy in exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances. Please contact us directly to discuss any such situations.
